SHAME ON KLATT - Poisoning Tenants for PROFIT: KLATT is a fraud who touts a PhD from a degree mill: Shelbourne University . Under Klatt's property "management" a 10K Hazardous Material Abatement was never done:  315-329 Prospect St. LA JOLLA, CA OCEAN VIEW Apartments. A 10K "abatement," was OK'ed by the elderly absentee landlady's State Farm Insurance, and then suddenly Klatt ordered a $675 "clean-up" that leaves the premises and occupants' belongings contaminated with lead and asbestos containing debris that WILL POISON PEOPLE at the premises (unit 319, and garages 4,5,and 6). Where did the rest of that money go JOE? 11/24/08 and August 2009 there were Asbestos and Lead spills into garages. Several local environmental companies hired by Klatt, issued phony test results, as evidenced by independent tests and 2/19/09 San Diego City LEAD Violation issued against KLATT.

ASBESTOS and LEAD contaminated unit and garages at 315-329 Propsect Street La Jolla, CA have NOT been abated of toxic hazards. Toxic dust laden garages face Prospect Street.
